The family had planned to see the video on Monday at 11:30 a.m. ET., but an hour before the meeting they were informed of an unexpected delay.
Harry Daniels, one of the lawyers for the Brown family, said he received an email at 10:29 a.m. on Monday from Pasquotank County Attorney Michael Cox that redactions were being made to the video.
Cox reportedly cautioned Brown's family is that he’s “not f–ing going to be bullied” by them or their lawyers.
When Brown's family was allowed to view bodycam footage of the disturbing incident, they were only given the opportunity to watch 20 seconds of the fatal shooting of the 42-year-old.
