Biden's plan will call on Congress to pass $1.8 trillion in investments and tax credits aimed toward children and families.
It would also sweeping invest $2 trillion in infrastructure.
So with all of the dollars and investments that will be allocated as well as distributed if the president gets his wish, how will African Americans fare under the Biden economic plan?
