Demographic changes in America are driving Republicans mad as census data shows non-college white voters fell below 40% of actual 2020 election voters.
Ronald Brownstein recently tweeted:
Overlooked: Even w/huge increase in turnout last November (showing again Trump's appeal for them), non-college Whites fall below 40% of actual 2020 voters in new @uscensusbureau data for 1st time, per William Frey of @BrookingsMetro.
And in a follow up post Brownstein said, "Even Trump's pull can't change the long-term arc. Since 2008, non-col whites have fallen from 51 to 41% of eligible voters & from 48-39.7% of actual. Col+ whites have grown from 22-25.5 of EVs, 28 to 31% of actual voters. PoC up from 27 to 33% of eligible 24-29% of voters"
