New Survey Finds Economic Relief, COVID, Housing Crisis Among Top Issues Of Concern Of Blacks

In a national poll by Black to the Future and Socio-analitica Black respondents' top concerns were: economic relief, vaccination rates, and the housing crisis.

Here are a few of the results of the poll.

President Biden still has a high approval rating of 78% and Vice President Harris at 75%.

Here are the four top priorities the participant of the study believe are for the current administration:

41 percent say they'd like to receive $2000 monthly relief checks to pay for utilities and food

36 percent want to see minimum wage increase to $15 an hour

28 percent want to see the administration address structural racism and white supremacy and the last,

28 percent want the administration to do more to protect voting rights

The participants were also asked about the vaccine.

TAKE VACCINATION RATES FS

55- percent of black people say they have gotten at least one dose of the vaccine.

85-percent of blacks over the age of 65 report say they are partially vaccinated.

Here are the top reason they say they are not getting vaccinated.

58 percent say they need more time to see if vaccine works.

29 percent say they don't have transportation to go get vaccinated.

25 percent say they don't have a vaccine delivery site near their home

24 percent say they are not sure if the vaccine is free of charge
