Gabby Portis, an International school of Indiana student, says she was sent a photo of a white hand holding a bouquet of stemmed cotton balls with a caption that read, "when you ask a Black girl to prom."
However, the teen claims this isn't the first time she's been subject to racial abuse. Her mother says the school offered her child counseling.
