9:58Now PlayingA federal lawsuit has been filed against the four Houston police officers who shot and killed a black man in February.
The civil rights lawsuit lists the four officers who shot Charion Lockett -- Devin Inocencio, Victor Villarreal, Peter Carroll, Shaun Houlihan, and the HPD Police chief.
Lockett was shot and killed on February 7th when officers attempted to issue a warrant. Police claim that Lockett fired a shot at them upon arrival, thus leading to his death. However, the body cam footage released by the police department makes it hard to determine who fired first.
Taft Foley, who is representing the Lockett Family spoke with Roland Martin during Tuesday's edition of #RolandMartinUnfiltered.
