Jordan Patrick Leahy was driving drunk when he side-swiped a black man's vehicle. He gave the nazi sign out of the window and pretended to shoot at the car. He then approached the man and punched him while his girlfriend and daughter were in the car.
He later told people they needed to control black people, and he had intentions of committing a mass shooting.
If convicted, Leahy could spend ten years in prison, have three years of supervised release, and pay a fine of up to $250,000.
