Following a months-long probe by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Comanche County District Attorney Kyle Cabelka charged ex-Lawton officers Robert Hinkle and Nathan Ronan in the death of 29-year-old Quadry Sanders.
Officers say they thought Sanders had a weapon. However, no weapon was found on Sanders.
Both officers are out on bail.
