YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA Missouri family of a black man wrongfully detained and beaten by hospital security guards in St. Louis has filed a lawsuit.
Hughie Robinson was being treated for stage 4 kidney failure at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
In April 2021, after his appointment, Robinson forgot where he parked his car. Security guards thought he looked suspicious walking around the parking garage. They approached Robinson, and instead of helping, they beat the sick man.
During his detainment, guards began making fun of him for the pain he was suffering.
The family is suing for assault, battery, and false imprisonment.
Unfortunately, Robinson succumbed to his illness this past April.
