Twitter is eroding from within after Elon Musk took the organization's helm.
Musk purchased Twitter for $44 billion in October. After acquiring the company, Musk fired Twitter's CEO and several top executives. He cut 75% of its workforce, and now Twitter has seen a mass exodus of employees as he announces that bankruptcy is not off the table.
Since October, racial slurs used to attack black people have tripled.
The Center for Countering Digital Hate found over 26,200 tweets and retweets containing the N-word were published between October 31 and November 6.
High-profile users are also leaving, and advertisers are threatening to quit Twitter as the platform falls into chaos.
On Tuesday, Shireen Mitchell, Social Analyst & Diversity Strategist spoke with Roland Martin about what is going on with Twitter.
