The final report from the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack was delayed and is expected to be released tomorrow.

The nine-member Committee released a summary on Monday detailing evidence of assisting an insurrection, obstructing Congress' Jan. 6 joint session, conspiracy to make false statements to the National Archives, and conspiracy to defraud the United States.

House Republicans did release a report today focusing on security failures at the US Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. The report highlights breakdowns in intelligence sharing, Capitol security, and coordination between various law enforcement agencies that responded that day.

Dr. Nola Haynes from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service explained what this could mean for Trump legally during Wednesday's edition of Roland Martin Unfiltered.
