Arine Kim and her friend filmed themselves trying menu items at an In-N-Out in San Ramon. The pair were approached by a white man who asked if they were filming themselves eating and proceeded to use racist and homophobic language.
San Ramon Police Chief is investigating the incident. They released an image of the man's vehicle and asked anyone who knew the man to contact the San Ramon Police Department.
