Trump Corporation and Trump Payroll Corporation were ordered to pay the maximum allowed by law because of the 15-year tax fraud scheme orchestrated by the Trump Organization executives.
Trump Organization was convicted of 17 Counts of tax fraud and other crimes in December. Executives doctored the company's books to avoid paying taxes on lavish perks for Manhattan apartments, luxury cars, and private school tuition.
Prosecutors did not indict Donald Trump.
