Trump faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records from an investigation into the hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels and pled not guilty. If convicted, Trump could face up to a 136-year maximum sentence. Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor in New York but can be upgraded to a felony if the action is done to hide other crimes. Trump was not handcuffed, jailed, or subjected to a mug shot.
