Sixty-two-year-old Kimberly Jennings, property manager of Sedgefield Gardens Apartments, is charged with two counts of simple assault on a child under 12.
The incident was caught on the apartment complex's security camera.
Jennings is seen hitting and pouring drinks on the kids.
