The judge overseeing the Georgia election subversion case has scheduled a hearing for Wednesday on whether to sever some of the trials of Donald Trump and the additional 18 defendants from the others. In an order scheduling the hearing, the judge indicated he plans to ask the state for a good-faith estimate of the amount of time anticipated to present its case.
