64-year-old- Cheryl Lynn Pytleski pleaded guilty to a criminal violation of the Fair Housing Act in March. Pytleski admitted she intentionally targeted her neighbors due to their race in 2019.
She hung "racially offensive homemade dolls" on her black neighbor's fence to intimidate them and force them to move out of their Ozark neighborhood.
