EGREGIOUS! Black Men KICKED OFF Flight SUE American Airlines, Claiming RACIAL DISCRIMINATION

Three black men are suing American Airlines for being wrongfully removed from a flight with five other Black men in January.

Alvin Jackson, Emmanuel Jean Joseph, and Xavier Neal were on a flight from Phoenix to New York City. They claim they, along with five other Black men, were removed from the flight "without any valid reason, based solely on their race."

The eight Black men were told to leave the plane and return to the gate to be rebooked for another flight. Upon exiting the plane and returning to the gate, the men learned that someone on the flight had complained of body odor. Jackson, Joseph, and Veal say they were never told they had body odor.

The lawsuit says, "It appeared to Plaintiffs that American had ordered all of the Black male passengers off the plane.

None of the men knew each other, nor were they seated together.

Attorney Lauren Bateman, one of the plaintiffs' attorneys spoke with Roland Martin about the latest example of racism in the not so friendly skies.
