A 2023 ProPublican report indicates that Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has, on at least two occasions, secretly attended donor events in Southern California hosted by the Koch network, the conservative political fundraising arm founded by the billionaire Koch brothers.
This week, Justice Clarence Thomas acknowledged he should have disclosed millions in "gifts" he's received over the years.
According to data compiled by Fix the Court, since 2004, Thomas has accepted $4,042,286, or 193 gifts. The group reported that, for Thomas, there’s an additional 126 “likely but not confirmed gifts.”
