Bailey says this lawsuit is an effort to 'fight back against a rogue prosecutor' and alleges that the verdict 'sabotages Missourians' right to a FREE and fair election.'
A jury convicted Trump on May 30 on 34 counts of falsifying business records in a scheme to illegally influence the 2016 election through a hush money payment to a porn actress.
