9:04Now PlayingThe Delaware Department of Elections admitted that state officials put hundreds of voters who had registered in the past year through an automatic voter registration system into the wrong political party.
The error impacted about 750 registered voters and has caused a surge of criticism, particularly in Wilmington.
Roland spoke with Alicia Clark, the Founder of Delaware Faith In Action Network and Dr. Marlene Saunders, the Chair of the Connection and Social Action Committee about the "glitch" that caused hundreds of voters to be listed under the wrong political party.

If you encounter problems at the polls, calmly insist on speaking to the polling site Election Inspector. If they are unable to assist you, ask the poll worker to call the county Board of Elections office and/or the Department of Elections office. Do not leave the polling site until you have been permitted to cast your ballot or received a satisfactory explanation for why you are not eligible to vote.
