'Premeditated, Evil Act': Deadly New Orleans Terror Attack | Roland Martin

Bourbon Street has reopened, and the Sugar Bowl was played in New Orleans, a day after 15 people were killed and over 30 injured in the "French Quarter terror attack."

FBI officials said they believe Shamsuddin Jabbar acted alone when he barreled a pickup truck down the sidewalk of Bourbon Street, killing 17 people and injuring dozens before dying in a shootout with New Orleans police.

New Orleans City Councilman Eugene Green, who represents District D, spoke with RMU guest hostcandace Kelley about the horrific terror attack.
