According to the Louisiana Secretary of State, Voter turnout was just over 21-percent.
Here's a breakdown of the results.
65-percent voted no on Amendment 1.
For Amendment 2; 66-percent rejected Amendment 3 dealing with charging juveniles as adults;
And Amendment 4 got shot down by 64-percent of the vote.
