VA Secretary --Doug Collins--a former Air Force chaplain--sent an agency-wide email urging staff to include names, dates, and locations when filing complaints.
This follows an executive order from the commander-in-chief, who has launched a government-wide effort to investigate what he calls "anti-Christian" discrimination across federal agencies.
Attorney General Pam Bondi is leading the two-year initiative, which aims to rewrite or remove any policies seen as biased against Christian beliefs.
The move comes as the VA faces deep staffing cuts and internal unrest, raising questions about how this policy may impact workplace dynamics and veteran services.
