House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) on Wednesday unveiled a “blueprint for a better America” as Donald Trump marked 100 days in office—sharply contrasting Democratic priorities with what he described as a chaotic and harmful Republican agenda.

“Over these next 100 days, House Democrats will lay out a blueprint for a better America,” Jeffries said. “And you’ll see a vision for this country’s future that isn’t about Donald Trump—it’s about you. How can we make your life better? How can we put more money in your pocket? How can we lower your costs?”

Jeffries slammed Trump’s first 100 days as a “debacle,” promising Democrats will push back forcefully.

“Donald Trump and the Republicans have delivered 100 days of chaos, 100 days of cruelty, and 100 days of corruption,” he said. “That’s not leadership—it’s a roadmap to disaster.”
