YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA federal judge in New York has postponed the final stage of jury selection for the racketeering and sex trafficking trial of hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs until early next week.
Combs is accused of using his fame and influence in the hip-hop industry to sexually abuse women from 2004 to 2024.
Judge Arun Subramanian granted the defense lawyers' request to delay the final step in narrowing the pool of 45 prospective jurors down to a jury of 12 members and six alternates who will hear the two-month trial.
Prosecutors objected to the postponement of the jury seating. The selection process, which is expected to last less than an hour, will now take place on Monday.
