YouTube Description
as posted by the channelLIVE: It's Time To Love Forward Mass People’s Assembly & Moral March Mobilization In Raleigh, NC
Repairers of the Breach is organizing and mobilizing poor and low-wage people to join a Moral March from Wilson to Raleigh and a Mass People’s Assembly in Raleigh this February! Join us as we mobilize voters to fight back against the new racist congressional map passed by the North Carolina General Assembly. This map unfairly redrew the 1st Congressional district, taking away the voting power of Black, Latino, and poor and low-wage people.
We love and mobilize forward for a future of:
unabridged voting rights;
- living wages and ending poverty;
- welcoming immigrants;
- embracing religious values of mercy, grace, empathy and not religious nationalism;
- supporting fully funded public education;
- guaranteeing healthcare for all;
- spreading love, not hate–keeping peace, not ICE raids and unchecked militarism;
- saving our environment instead of turning it over to the polluters;
- letting the people be in control, not a few millionaires and technocrats;
-healthcare for all.
The Moral March and Mass People’s Assembly aren’t just single actions, they’re a declaration of our power as poor and low-wage voters and allies across North Carolina and other states. Join us in this season of massive civic engagement, voter education, and mobilization as we Love Forward Together And Mobilize! Mobilization Resources
