Roland Martin says Donald Trump’s firing of the remaining Election Assistance Commission members is an effort to rig the election and control the machinery around voting. The RMU panel warns that the commission helps state and local officials with election funding, security recommendations, grants, voting machines, and best practices, meaning the firings could have serious local consequences. Candice Kelly says default policy could come from Trump if nobody is watching, while Michael Imhotep connects the move to Project 2025 and warns that Black people are in the crosshairs. Roland closes by stressing that elections have consequences and that the only way to stop these people is to overwhelm the ballot box.
