The Virginia Supreme Court has overturned the Democrats' redistricting referendum in a 4-3 decision, stating that the Democrats did not follow the proper procedures.
The NAACP has filed an emergency petition to block Tennessee's attempt to eliminate the state's only majority-Black congressional district, arguing that it violates the state constitution. Kristin Clarke will be joining us to discuss the lawsuit.
