This might not be a C# technical question, but it's the one question that can sink your programming interview if you get it wrong.

You're going to be asked this question twice in a programming interview - once by HR or the Recruiter during your initial phone screen and again by the Team Lead during a face to face or Zoom interview.

The HR person wants to make sure you aren't wasting anyone's time. The Team Lead is probably hiring for his team and he wants to keep toxic people out of his group.

NEVER SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE about your current or former employer in an interview. Practice a simple and truthful answer about why you are leaving your current job.
