Tips for a successful tank ambush:

Don't launch the ambush from the roof of a building. The Russian army uses drones and there is no overhead cover from artillery.

Choose to fight from somewhere in the middle of the building. Roll dice to randomize the floor.

Make sure the room is big enough to fire your anti-tank weapon from if it has a backblast. This means at least 3.5 x 4.5 meters. Remove anything that could get blown around in the backblast.

Make sure your building has an escape route.

Operate in teams of 3: An anti-tank gunner, a marksman and a rear security element.

The anti-tank gunner takes out the tank. The marksman engages any fleeing crewman. The security element keeps the escape route safe.

Once you engage, you have about 30 seconds for the crew or anyone else in the convoy to gain situational awareness again and 5-7 minutes for artillery to be called in on your position. Leave the area immediately and get 300-400 meters away.
