YouTube Description
as posted by the channelI think I've figured out a simple way of determining range to a tank target from the open window of a building. This will help ensure that NLAW warheads arm before reaching the target.
If the arming distance of the NLAW anti-tank missile is 20 meters.
... And the average height between stories is 3.3 meters.
... And the average height of a man is 1.7 meters.
... and the average height of a T-72 is 2.23 meters.
Then we can use angle to determine whether we are 20 meters or further away from the target.
If you own a 3D printer and live in Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary or Moldavia and you want to help design a simple 3D printed protractor / sextant to determine range, contact me at:

Also, if you are an expert in building construction in Ukraine and have a better idea of the height between floors, also contact me to help refine the math.
Then maybe we can work together to figure out a design and a way to get it to fighters in Ukraine.
