If Russia is forced to periodically move its S300 and S400 radar systems in order to avoid Ukraine's pre-programed HARM missiles, it will cause an additional logistical burden on Russian forces.

This is because the system must be transported, and this transport costs fuel. If you are moving multiple times a day, you eat up even more fuel. You are also creating a gap in radar coverage every time you move and set up.

When you think war, think logistics.
