YouTube Description
as posted by the channelFootwraps have a long history with the Russian and Soviet Armies. They do have some advantages over socks - they are easy to manufacture and easy to dry. However, in 2013, the Russian army announce that they would move to issuing socks. The current logistical situation in Ukraine looks like footwraps have made a comeback.
