A couple of things: It is impossible to identify what is going on in the video, although the volume of rockets would indicate a Patriot system.
In war, things get destroyed. This includes missile systems, however, the Patriot is composed of 5 system and up to 16 launchers. Only the Radar and Antenna mast group would have emissions that could be detected at range, and the launchers are spread out over kilometers. So it is unlikely that an entire battery could be "destroyed." The single explosion at the end of the video really doesn't prove anything. The radar unit of the batter could have been hit, or debris from an incoming missile could have fallen laterally to the target - or even impacted on the target. We just can't tell from the footage.
