To make Just Salmon, get about a pound of salmon.
Let some butter melt in a pan.
Drop in the salmon scale side down.
Season liberally with Old Bay.
Cook for about 6 minutes.
Turn over and cook for another 6 minutes.
Take of the scales.
Plate and enjoy while watching ESPN.
