The COVID-19 pandemic has hit the cultural and creative industries hard. Behind each canceled concert, postponed carnival festival, delayed album launch and closed cinema, cultural centre, bookstore and theatre are countless artistes and creative professionals who have lost their income. Still, art is resilient. It is against this backdrop that UNESCO calls on all artistes and creatives to join the ResiliArt movement.
The panel features: Ted Sandiford, graphic and visual artist; Barry George, cultural activist; and Lennon Prospere, calypsonian.
