The Prime Minister says there are major plans afoot to improve assistance mechanisms for the vulnerable through local government. A registration system is being implemented to accurately determine who is in need of support with the basket of services including health insurance, school feeding programmes, transportation, eBook and Wi-Fi offering for students in communities.
