Anne Marie Trevelyan, the United Kingdom’s State Minister (Minister for Energy, Clean Growth and Climate Change). Discussions centered around the climate resilient projects which are being implemented in Saint Lucia by the United Kingdom Government to strengthen the country’s capacity to deal with changing weather patterns.
One of the major areas of cooperation is the economic infrastructure projects, namely the Millennium Highway and West Coast Road Upgrade Project which are expected to boost economic growth, reduce travel time and build the climate resilience of our road network.
