3:44Now PlayingAs of Monday 27th September 2021, a total of 45,245 first doses, and 31,520 second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered. This is inclusive of both the Astrazeneca and Pfizer BioNTech vaccines. 17.4% of the population have received the complete regimen of the vaccine.
Over the last month, there has been a noted increase in the uptake of the vaccines. This response is very encouraging, particularly at a time when we see reports of steady rising of COVID-19 cases and associated deaths.
