Pierre invited NCPD President, Mr. Merphilus James to be part of Saint Lucia’s official delegation to the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM 2022) underway in Kigali, Rwanda. Hon. Pierre and Mr. James will interface with officials representing the Commonwealth Disabled People’s Forum [CDPF] to explore avenues for cooperation and review developmental concepts to promote increased participation by the differently-abled in the development of Saint Lucia.
