3:06Now PlayingThe Piaye Secondary School has elected its first-ever Parent Teacher Community Association (PTCA) executive. This was in fulfilment of a mandate from EQuIP, the Education Quality Improvement Project funded by Caribbean Development Bank.
One of the objectives is to get the community involved in the lives of students who will eventually form the workforce and become local leaders.
