Hon. Joachim Henry was one of the keynote speakers at the Organization of American States (OAS) Policy Dialogue grouping Latin America and the Caribbean and Europe Union (LAC-EU) nations on Multidimensional Poverty, Intersectional Inequalities and Social Inclusion. The meeting took taking place in Washington, DC, USA.
The high-level interaction was hosted by the Secretariat for Access to Rights and Equality (SARE).
Minister Henry spoke passionately about Saint Lucia's efforts at poverty eradication and how the Government of Saint Lucian had invested over $26M towards social intervention initiatives designed to bring relief to Saint Lucia's poor and vulnerable.
