Held under the theme “Be the Change,” the initiative aimed to encourage individuals to take proactive steps toward improving their mental well-being while increasing awareness of available mental health services in Saint Lucia. The event provided residents and community members with access to brief mental health assessments, blood pressure and glucose monitoring, mental health support, health education, and information on services available across the island.
