Sam Seder: I am completely aware of and I think everyone is for the most part who follows politics of the obstructions here and the obstacles the republicans, Joe Manchin, Kyrsten Sinema, Josh Gothheimer, none of this was not predictable or predicted. I mean we're sitting here in a closet in Brooklyn and we could see this coming from a mile away. We could see coming from 25 miles away 30 miles away and it doesn't seem like there was any plan for any of this apparently Chuck Schumer knew that the Joe Manchin's number was 1.5 trillion in June or July.
