SCOTUS Shreds Biden Vaccine Mandates

The Supreme Court of the United States strikes down President Joe Biden’s OSHA mandate because they find that Covid is not only a hazard in the workplace but also one outside of it. The Majority Report crew discusses the court’s ruling and hypocrisy since they and many other Americans continue to work from home because of safety. They also talk about how the mandate always gave the option to test for Covid is not vaccinated.

Sam Seder: Welcome we've got uh a lot of things to talk about um we're gonna get in obviously to this, the Supreme Court ruling the two rulings I imagine most people have heard about him you'll recall the Biden administration issued a mandate via OSHA, the occupational safety and health administration agency and that mandate was everyone must test on a weekly basis amongst your workforce unless they are vaccinated. So there was a vaccine exemption for your workforce if you had 100 more employees.

Emma Vigeland: So covering it as a vaccine mandate is inaccurate because it wasn't you could test once a week and they just have to have a mask if they're unvaccinated exactly this would affect 84 million people.

SS: So it's substantial.
