Joe Manchin's numbers have gone up in West Virginia—17 points. Morning counsel said that 50% of voters approve of Manchin as opposed to 40% last quarter. This does not mean that he’s going to win his re-election bid in 2024 because Republicans like a Republican better. But it does give you a sense of how Joe Manchin is operating.
