And just keep in mind the leak and we can debate as to what the politics of it are going to mean what it says about the supreme court and what it say- You know maybe someday we will know whether it impacted anyone of those five justices who was contemplating not voting along the lines of Alito's draft or signing on to his opinion. it remains to be seen. there are people out there who believe that it was Alito's clerk who put it out there to lock people in we'll see. i am far more convinced that it's going to be problematic in a good way for the institution of the supreme court if it is someone from the majority who leaked it as opposed from someone from the minority who leaked it because if it's someone from the minority who leaked it they are going to be seen as cancer on the institution of the supreme court. If it's someone from the majority who leaked it is going to mean that the institution itself is cancerous.
