Let me ask you this what is your sense why do you think it's been I mean I don't want to say easier because I don't you know the effort that goes into this is enormous but why do you think there's been more success in so far with Starbucks than let's say Amazon. Do you have any insight into that from you know your perspective obviously you know a lot more about what's going on with the Starbucks stuff than Amazon but is there structural things that exist in these workplaces that make it easier or harder? I mean I don't know enough about amazon to you know to be able to make those comparisons I will say I think Starbucks hires people who really care about social justice you know environmental justice, black lives matter, racial justice LGBTQ rights, and then is suddenly shocked when all of these you know young activists that they hired suddenly want power and a union and labor rights. And i think you know our campaign is really trying to show you can't be progressive on all of these other issues but anti-union, it just doesn't work that way. So I think you know definitely the union-busting that Starbucks has thrown at us has scared a lot of people and prevented a lot of stores from organizing, but I think people are so plugged into the campaign and tuned in to social media that when Starbucks is doing something in one store we find out about it all the other stores…
