I don't know, no, there are limitations on the first amendment. Yeah, i think what the IM is referring to is when in the case study of that being deployed can't yell fire in a carter theater it was used against um anti-war protesters in world war one. So people take offense to that but the general premise of like yeah there are certain things you can't say because it puts other people in danger and you might be liable for that I think does hold. There are limiting principles on these rights.
